AT&T-SUPERIOR ASSET MNGM ripoff FT.WALTON BEACH Florida

We have been deeling with At&tfor more that 2 years now, and they have passed us to a collection agency, to be able to get paid by us, we been customers of them until we started seeing our bills go up the roof, went to the store were we purchased our phones and mananger at store went over our last couple of month's worth of billing and said the problem is AT&T is charging to cell to cell minutes that where the billing problem is,but we can't correct it so you'll have to call customer service".

After that we went back with our last 5/6 month's bill and yes all of them were incorrect, but for that time they were paid, and the customer service personnal couldn't go more than 60 day back of billing to correct the mistake, so we decided that they are not playing "fare", they are acting in the AT&T favor and we decided to dicontinue the service since we felt cheated, and then they send us to collection for the entire total with no corrections, we are not going to pay that bill, it's a rip-off, and they don't want to credit all the extras that they took advance from us, from our pocket, they took advantage of us that we are not expertiece on reading the type of billing that they have and they take advantage of people, and now they send us to a collection agency, that there way of solving the problem, making a bigger problem; I'M not allowing any body to robe or still from me, they already took alot of atvantage, I paid alot of money to that company, and extrat money too, with out getting anything from them back, even the manager from there store saw the huge mistake on the billing, and in AT&T customer service "they would pretend like nothing was wrong"..................otherwise I DON'T OWE NOTHING TO SUPERIOR ASSET MANAGEMENT,INC they didn't provide me with any service or either I have not signed nothing with them, so I don't owe for anything to this CHEESEE company.............
