ATT U-verse wireless internet 100 % Complete fraud and Deception. ALPHARETTA,, Georgia

On Nov 9th,2011, my 46th Birthday, I ordered Att U-verse wireless internet.

I was specifically told that there would be a flat rate fee of $ 29.95 per month on the very first bill, and every bill there after.

I was also frauduently told quite clearly that there is no charge for the internet wireless router in this region of Georgia at this time due in part to the economy.

I claimed that was good because we still had our router from Indiana that ATT made us pay $ 100 for earlier this year and we were told we would have no problem using it here.

long story short, My bill is nowhere NEAR $ 29.95 !!

It's 3 different versions of one bill.

One bill says $ 43.00.

One bill says $ 210.00. One bill says $ 183.00. I need to state that a technition had to come out because we were sent a bad router and he had to "swap" it out for a good one. i believe that is why we were charged for that charge, even though we were given a bad router. As far as any other charges, they and the router " so-called one time only charge " are all fraudulent. The monthly bill of $ 29.95 is in reality $ 43.00, first time, and everytime thereafter.
