ATT offered me their cash reward program to keep me as a customer. They said they would give us 5% back on EVERYTHING we purchased with a $300 yearly limit. My wife and I verified this together on the phone.

Everytime I called back I received a different story about when I have to redeem my points. So not trusting them I called back December 31 2004. I was then told that I was only entitled to 1% back and 5% on gas and food. Upset I said I want to redeem all my points. I then called back January 3rd 2005 to complain that we were lied to. Only to find out they have no record that I wanted to redeem my points in 2004. So now I am not getting anything back for all the money I spent in 2004.
