At&t advertising agency called my business asking if I want to advertise online or in the yellow pages telephone book. I gave permission to be recorded. (which I thought was to discuss the different advertising possiblilites) Apparently it was an agreement for a 12 month "contract". I only know this because the ower of a company that shares our name called me and let me know that they billed him for our advertisement. An advertisement that I DID NOT agree to knowingly. My understanding was that paperwork would be sent to me to go over, then to let them know if I wanted it. I called them and they said that it is a binding contract and can not be voided. So now I am stuck with a bill that I have never seen for advertising that I did not willingly agree to.
