i started a small business and soon as you try to do a business the first thing happens is this sales people reach you and this AT&T is one of them that contacted me and i said ok to meet and have a look at the product.

so after this sales person convincing me i said ok ill give it a try.

started this in july 2010 and till today i got no business or nothing from this advertisement. so i decided to contact the sales rep that emailed me back in july but guess what the guy is no longer with company i got bounced back email.

i called the customer service like so many times to cancel this. The first few times they said a sales rep is going to contact me in 24 hours. i waited for a week i got nuthing.

i call the customer service again but this time the rep was so rude and told me that the sales rep is no longer with the company and someone else is holing the account and its up to them to cancel this if they feel like since you have contract with at&t.

i mean waht the F kind of answer is that "if they feel like"

so for this service they charging me $331 a month and they got my credit card so they keep charging me ... thats alot without any business.

i hope there is a way to get out of this.

What advertising program did you sign up for? Was it yellowpages or an internet program?

Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with AT&T. There plenty of other great advertising companies out there that care about the well being of their customers and want to help them grow their business.

I am a digital media agent for a company which is partners with the 3 of the top search engines. I hope you wont let your experience with AT&T push you away from using other advertising companies. Companies like mine can really help you enhance your advertising and target specific audiences. We also take the time to grow relationships with our customers and make sure their program meets or exceeds set expectations.

Advertising is extremely important, and if you are not already, I encourage you to do some internet marketing. What kind of business do you have?
