They pulled my credit & was told:

- I was told I would get 3 mo of free movie channels, they weren't there upon install.  Had to spend 1 hr on phone trying to get

- I was told my bill would be $100 + taxes everymonth, first Bill was $400

- I as told the 1 time activation fee of $35.00 would be waived b/c of deal package, it wasn't 

- I've spet hours trying to dispute on phone & keep getting different operators, same answer.....TOUGH LUCK!!!

 

DO NOT FALL FOR ATT/DIRECT TV SALES PITCH!!!!

Direct TV Direct TV or ATT Direct TV ripped me off. I called and cancelled the service on the day they installed it (on day 3). They STILL charged me $78. UNBELIEVABLE: they installed it with the cord hanging out the front door for me to trip over. They said they CANT DRILL A HOLE IN MY HOUSE. WHAT THE HECK!! I tried to dispute the charge but the customer service people from another country would not listen or help me. They sent the $78 to collections and threatened to report this to the credit bureau. Never sign up for aut-opay either!! Do yourself a favor and do not use DIRECT TV!! You will be sorry. ......  Internet

Direct Tv ATT Direct TV I signed up for a two year contract at 220 channels for 65 a month. After the second month the bill went up to 78 dollars. Then I had to call in to have it corrected. every month it was higher and higher and new channels were being added. They said they offer channels for free and that I needed to call in and cancel. I said I did not ask for the NFL package or any other channels and my bill should always be 65 dollars. They wanted to charge me for canceling the service because they breached our agreement. Very deceptive billing practices, I also get forwarded to the Philippines for customer service. los angeles California
