Attonery and Legal Services Complete Scam California

If you have applied for a payday loan online chances are these scam artist have all the informaiton that you put online.  I recieved a very threatening phone call from this "legal service" that claimed that I had taken a payday loan from Insta Cash and that I did not pay back the loan and they were issuing a warrant for my arrest and seeking dammages on $5,875, but they would settle for $875.

To clarify, I never taken a payday loan on line, just applied but never went through with it.

I am normally not this shaken, but these people had an alarming amount of personal information (SSAN, bank name and account number, all phone numbers and refrences).  The exact same information that I put into the online payday loan website.  In fact they even threatened to go after my references, I was totally shaken with the information that they had that I started to doubt myself.

They read me the charges over the phone and informed me that I would be arrested in two days from my work place or home and they would contact my employer to garnish my wages.  Pretty much name any legal threat and they were making it. 

This is all a scam!!!!!!!!!

Do not send them any money!!!!! Payday loans max at $1500 that is not enought money for them to send the SWAT team after you.

If this happens to you, ask them for a copy of the charges to be faxed or emailed to you, by law they have to do it if it was real.  Also asks them for their phyiscal address, not a city or P.O. Box, agian they must give it to you (my scam artisit refused to give it to me).

Reverse look up the companies phone number and google the companies name, chances are you will come up blank on both.  Even check the company with the BBB.

This company called themselves "Attorney and Legal Services" the claim to be from California, all of their employees speak with Indian accents and have decnet but still broken English.  Thier phone number that they used is 408-608-0924.

Their employee names are:  Jason Brown, Brian King and Beckky Skater - these guys are good scam artist and very threatening.

If you get a call from them (or a variant becuase they can easily change their name) have some fun with them, debate them, mock and insult them.  I personnally spent 1 hour on the phone with them just waisting their time.  The more time they spend with you yanking thier chain, the less time they spend scamming the innoncent. 

The sad part of this in the InstaCash is a real company and it is apparent that thier IT system is compromised.  I contacted the company to inform them of this 3 days ago and they have not replied to me, so it seems they do not care that ID thiefs has hacked their system.
