Franklin Never transparent throughout the case, my attorney never showed me anything in writing pretaining to the finalizing of my case until I demanded it, at this time he offered me $1000 and withdrew his services to represent me without me paying out of my pocket. Ken Nugent law firm is a total rip off, they wasn't transparent at all, I did all the leg work to get my truck repaired, they dragged my case way too long with no call from the attorney until I got tired of waiting. I demanded a update on my case, the attorney finally called me back to give a verbal offer of $1000, when I told him that wasn't acceptable he recommended that I find another law firm to work with. After being insulted by him I let him know that I was taking my complaint public, he then emailed a court document that will make me completly reponsible for futher court and attorney fees if i decided to persue the case further. I finally decided to just release myself from this nightmare by just accepting the $1000.00 and caulk this up as a lerning lession. He then sent me a form showng my settlement  whent from $1000.00 to 950 odd dollars with more fees deducted to finalize my case. I asked him why is my wife name attached to this form and my case? I asked him to remove my wife name from the document and he refused to do so, stating it was georgia law. I again just to keep this thing moving forward I ignored that. He then insisted my wife sign off on the finalization of my case because she is my wife as he explained, eventhough she wasn't  involved in the accident in any manner.

To make a long story short my wife has a older case still pending with this same law firm with no sign of being finalized. He insised that this was necessary to finalize my case or it couldn't be done according to georgia law. I still haven't  recieved any financial settlement from the law firm at this time. One Call That's All I Got. This law firm is in the business of scamming people.
