Attracta, Inc Attracta Managed SEO Service Review (Shows No Result, Rip Off) Napa, California

I would like to share about my experience of using Attractas Managed SEO service. I do not intent to show this as a biased opinion but just a personal experience.

My website mainly provides affiliate marketing information.  I purchased Attracts managed SEO service hoping to get more organic traffic from Google search. I left a message on Attractas website, and one of their SEO specialists Eugene called me back the following day. We talked briefly about their service, price and the reasonable time frame to see some result on my ranking. They pitched me their Gold package, which costs $890 for the first year and $390 for each year following. Eugene also mentioned that it would probably take 3 months to be able to see some results on Google. Meantime, their gold package also includes a get traffic feature that can bring traffic to my site. I thought this could be a nice service to try, even though I found some negative review about their service online.

After purchased the service, one of their SEO technicians called me and provided 3 keywords tailored to my website. They claimed that they have an in-house research system which enables them to find the relatively high monthly search volume and low competitiveness keywords to target for the campaign. I use Google keywords tool, but they claimed that their proprietary software is superior when doing SEO keyword research. They also provided an out sourced consultant to answer your specific questions.

During the implementation stage, I consulted the SEO consultant they provided. He provided very basic SEO knowledge that everybody can find online. In fact, I doubt that they info he provided me could be out dated as meta tag keywords and description are no longer that important in Googles new search algorithm. I expressed my concern of duplicated info since the nature of my website and business is providing affiliate marketing info. But there are many affiliate marketing sites that rank well in Google. The consultant did not mention that this is a serious issue to worry about but still ask me to implement some keywords in the article and title.

When I got their 1st monthly progress review email, I was surprised to see that they write 1 unique article but post in 5 different blogs. Their package says Monthly Unique Article Posts (250+ words) 5+ each month. I found this as a very misleading statement for their service. I anticipated them to write 5 unique articles to post at 5 different places rather than write 1 article and post at 5 places. Fine, I did not argue with them as long as I can see my search result improved. Then, I found that their get traffic service did not get me any traffic as they proposed on their website. I have been using Google analytics to analyze my web traffic but didnt see more traffic coming in during that month. They told me that Google analytics could not track those traffics they sent in. I thought that was a bull s**t, but I didnt argue with them either as my main goal is to get my searching ranking result improved.

After 6 months, I found NO RESULT on my search ranking. Its Absolutely NO result. I mean when I type in my targeted keyword in Google search bar and click search, I could not find my website in first 10 pages of the Google search result. I think this is ridiculous. So, I write an email to Eugene asking for refund, but I then never heard from him again. I wrote another email to my account manager, but she sent me an email back saying she is moving to another department. I forwarded the email to my new account manager a couple of times to get her attention but didnt get the response in several business days. I have the feel that when you are trying to work with them regarding their service result, they all try to hide from it and defer to somebody else.

I made myself clear that I did not see any result, and I want to have 50% back. I try to be reasonable to pay 50% of their fee and take 50% as my own loss. They wrote me back and said they could only refund my $138 because due to their calculation I only have a pro-rate balance of that amount.

Beware of this company, because when you see no result in your SEO campaign, they will blame you on anything that could deteriorate your search result. They excuse they used for my case is that my site has duplicated content, and this is the reason they could not top rank my website. Such a bull s**t excuse. I already made this clear before purchasing their service, but they did not mention that this is a critical issue. They did not even mention this and review it with me during their monthly progress report. However, when you ask for refund, they use this as an excuse. If I can write unique article without any duplicated content, I dont even need their service. It will naturally rank well in Google. They always try to blur the point that due to the duplicated content, I could not rank on first page in Google. I DID NOT ask them to rank my website on first page. I already know that first page ranking is almost impossible to achieve, but seeing no result in first 10 pages is not acceptable to me.

So, if you think your website needs help on SEO, your website must better be perfect. If you have any loophole in terms of SEO, chances are, you will not get any result from them. And, you will only be able to get a small portion of what you paid. You take all the risks!
