Aubrey Adelle is an amazing photographer with very poor business practices! My daughter married on August 8, 2009 and has yet to receive her wedding album. There have been many periods of communication and false promises followed by months of no contact. Each time we lost contact, we would discover through random sources that her contact information had changed. She would always respond with "I thought I sent you my contact information". She would post a few pictures online, which could not be ordered, just to keep us happy for awhile.

She did eventually send a CD, but most of the photos were unedited and we had paid for the top package with 50 edited images. About a year after the wedding, she finally sent a review for the album posted on Pictage. The quality was very elementary. It was like a simple template that pictures were dropped in. After a couple of revisions, the album was supposedly ordered but never received. Her excuse was that Pictage messed the cover up and she had to reorder. However, after several more months, I contacted Pictage and was told that she had only posted the pictures for review. There had never been an order submitted for printing.

On one occasion when I was searching for some contact information, I ran across a site called my3cents.com. I found a complaint on her that was identical to our story. So, apparently it is her practice to take your money, give you a taste of what you ordered, and then disappear!

Whatever you do, don't hire this lady!
