Auction Kings They advertised a 6ct ruby ring with diamonds, I paid approx $435 US plust postage Palm Beach Florida

Purchased a 6ct ruby ring with diamonds at auction thru Invaluable.  Dec 8, 2018 transaction paid for.  I received a fake ruby with diamonds.  Discovered this when I went to sell the ring to the customer. Have tried to make contact, no response.  E-mails, no response, even tried to ring, the number did not go thru.  There could be two offices, on in Georgia, the other in Florida.  When placing my bid, and making payment, it was not clear what location they were.

I have been in touch with INVALUABLE, there has been no response.  As It has been beyond 80 days the bank does not accept cancelling the payment.  It was only recently that I discovered it was a fake ruby.

Please advise.
