Dispute of a Rip Off With The Following!!

On Thursday, May 8,2000,I was high pressured into making a E-Bay schooling and business purchase for $4,330.00,whereas this company Bright Builders would teach me how to do the eBay business on the internet. The Auction Profits representative's name was David Trent, and his telephone numbers that he gave me was the following. Business office Phone: 866-731-8182 with a personal cell phone#: 208-908-2127

On Friday, May 9,2008 I decided I did not want to do this business, as I and my wife felt we had been high pressured into making a purchase, into something we did not want. So are thoughts turned to a refund.

That morning May 9,2008,David Trent called as he said he would to get us started in the business and schooling. I told Mr.Trent that we were no longer interested, in pursuing the business opportunity. As we want a refund of $4,330.00.At which point he got very nasty. Well I kept pursuing a refund issue and he got more nasty. At which point he told me, I did not have the Balls to do this business, and he did not want me as a student, as I was not teachable. Then I said well then send me my refund.

Then he said I have more important things to do then talk to you about a refund, at this time, but I will talk to you about a refund later. At which time I pursued the refund issue again. He stated I will give you a refund. I will call you from the office, as he was talking to me on his cell phone. I said when can I expect your call. His statement was when I get around to it, as I have nothing more to say to you at this time, and he hung up the phone on me. Well he has never called me. When I try to reach him, I get his voice mail, on his cell and the office phone.

I continued to call. I called Bright Builders, about the refund, they told me that they were not the people to be talking to about a refund. They directed me back to Auction Profits for the refund.

I called Auction Profits, and they directed me to a Paul Cestillo. Mr. Cestillo's telephone number is 1-800-748-597 extension 1019. I called Mr. Paul Cestillo, and got his voice mail, that stated the call would be returned. He did call on

On Monday, May 13,2008,but I was not available until Wednesday, May 14,2008,when I returned his call, but got his voice mail. I have tried twice since, but get directed to his voice mail box, and no returned call.

In summary I want a refund from this company Auction Profits, because after there high pressure tactics, and name calling, I received from these people and not following up on there calls, it has come to my attention, I feel it would be impossible doing business with Auction Profits or Bright Builders. Also I did not sign a contract with these organizations. Also I do not like to use the term fraud or scam, but I feel we are close.

Update:
Mr. Paul Cestillo, did call I believe on May 15,2008,but it could have been on May 14,2008, and questioned, why I wanted a refund and not pursue the business. I told him I did not trust his company Auction Profits, and there high pressure tactic of doing business. I told him all I wanted was a refund, of my of $4,330.00.Then he got a tasty with me and told me if I want a refund it would cost me 20% of the $4,330.00,which would be $866.00 of the $4,330.00.He said I agreed to that 20% in the terms that was read to me over the telephone. I just do not remember any thing about a 20% charge in the terms read to me over the phone.

I felt I did not have much choice, so I consented to go that route, or if I did not I would get nothing in the form of a refund. So I accepted $ 3464.00.I do not feel that was the way my refund should have been handled,as I contend I should have been refunded the total amount of $4,330.00.

There is no way I could recommend this company and there bussiness to any one . Stay Away from these people.

ONLY IN A PERFECT WORLD!!! Even Disneyland (the happiest place on earth) can't make everyone happy so it comes as no surprise that when interviewing thousands of "talk the talk" clients for the opportunity of a lifetime, finding the those candidates willing to "walk the walk" can be quite a task. Of course they all say they are overachievers with vision and they all promise to uphold their commitments and of course they will all work harder than the next person to achieve their goals. Still after 2 and 3 separate profile evaluations & qualification interviews where only 2% of all those interviewed each year are accepted into these mentorship programs of which 99.99% of those chosen few are like kids again with a chance for a new life as they spend 6 months to a year working one on one with a professional who instructs and educates them in building a profitable online business and helps them to reach their dreams. Once in a while there slips through the cracks that .001% who are too d**n lazy and just don't want to work for anything, so of course they find it much easier to make excuses, point their fingers & blame others for their failures in life....Maybe that's easier than accepting the truth which is told by looking deep into the mirror....... I honestly pity them....
