SCAM ARTIST COMPANY

1. Deception from the beginning. In the email I recieved, it stated "WE SUPPLY products up to 80% below wholesale" This statement is false. Auction Road NEVER supplied any products. I was expected to surf the web for wholesale products. The list of wholesalers that came with the kit expected you to pay for an expensive membership or buy cases of INVENTORY. When I called "customer support", I was given a link. Here, I was expected to download ebook materials and follow "dead leads" to wholesalers that also expected me to pay for large amounts of inventory and also pay for their "memberships".

The email that prompted me to contact Auction Road said "eBay Resalers Needed" "WE SUPPLY products up to 80% below wholesale". This leads a person to believe that Auction Road actually is a wholesale company who is trying to get people to sell their items for them. Deception is all that this is!!!!!

2. Poor customer support. I tried and tried to find wholesalers that did not expect me to pay for large amounts of inventory and also pay for their "memberships" with little results. I called customer support and was greeted with rudeness and irritability. I could hardly get a word in because the man that I was speaking to would not listen or "allow" me to say what I needed to say. Instead, he gave me a customer support email address. I wrote to "customer support" and did not recieve a reply for over a WEEK.

3. I paid $69.90 for a "kit" that contained information about Ebay that is common knowledge!!!!! This "kit" was SUPPOSED to contain information on how a person could REALLY buy items 80% below wholesale. This "kit" was supposed to actually help people start their own business!!!

Auction Road promised a 110% money back guarantee. THIS IS A LIE!!! They sent me an email that said: "A refund was issue in the amount of $63.80 " This is not what I paid..I paid $69.90.....$63.80 is not 110% of $69.90..
It took almost 2 weeks to get a refund which was only $63.80!!!
