If you win the auction, your credit card is charges immediately (within minutes!).

When to call to confirm shipping, you will get a run around. Their web site stated 10 -20 business days to ship. Their terms & conditions page stated it could take upto 30 days (did NOT state business days). That page has since been changed since I called several times and complained.

They refused to cancel the order on three different calls saying it was due to ship that day or the next (this is over a 2 week period).

Finally, after waiting over 50 days, they allowed it to be cancelled, it will take 1 to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on my credit card.

Any reputable company would not charge your card until shipment, not use your money interest free for almost 2 months.

They have also removed their 800 number from the web site. - I guess they had too many complaints.
