My family and I rely on this company for income and my concern is growing. I believe I have been fooled into believing that I "Own My Territory" by this company. I have heard stories about managers/reps getting turned off and for no good reason. That leads me to these questions: Do I really own my own business? Am I going to be guaranteed anything? Who am I really building the business for - My family or for them.

When I first started, I had some great luck. Opened a few large full-service accounts and a few smaller ones that I felt would not last. Recently I lost a few of those full-service accounts to the corporate office selling them on the self-service tool. I was not happy. That was my income, my hard work, and my account. I don't think they had any right selling to an active client of mine.

That was the first time (not the last) that I was abused by A123.

I think that the office is pitted against us out here in the field. They turn active customers to direct customers and they dont pay their contractors in the field. We own the customer relationship.

The new service release has been a big disappointment. A123 is going to take 35% of the per car fee.

These are my clients and my relationships. I have spent a lot of time pounding the pavement getting Auction123 in the door. The bottom line is that they are doing business with A123 because of me and my knowledge. I don't think that I should just turn over these relationships without getting something in return from A123. I have not been impressed with the support from the A123 and certainly not from the owners.

This company treats us like employees instead of contractors. That's the bottom line. They have over 125 reps across the untied states and we should all be paid back our taxes. A class action is needed.

Not All Inventory Photography Companies are Created Equal

AUTHOR: Brian - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 04, 2007

This is not the first time we have heard of companies such as this that fail to treat the contractors on the ground with the respect they deserve.

As the owner of a company that too faced tertiary interference from its resold Technology Company, we feel your anger and frustration. We know there is a better option. There are good companies out there (I'd like to think we are one) that respect your roll in this industry, considering we began there ourselves.
