I ordered the ebay sales training tool kit. It was supposed to be free, just pay $1.87 shipping and handling.
About 3 or 4 days ago they sent me a CD or something that looks like it (I haven't even open the paxkage yet). But what's my surprise this morning when I checked on my online credit card account?
Those thiefts also charged my account $59.95 and caused it to go over the roof! I called their number thats on the their CD pack. 1-800-609-5118, an answering machine prompted me to leave a message, as it's out of their business hours.
I haven't left any message because I want to speak to somebody directly. I'll call again tomorrow & the day after that until they credit back my account. I won't let them get away with this.
