AuctionSentry Auction Sentry Doesn't Honor Contracts Chaco, California

I purchased AuctionSentry in 2003 for what was supposed to be a 96 year contract, expiring in 2099. Now, in 2011, AuctionSentry has declared that its original software has been upgraded, so it is no longer honoring that 96-year licensing agreement, instead telling consumers they must pay a $14.99 annual fee.  

I wrote to AuctionSentry complaining of its decision to unilaterally change a binding contract, and received this ridiculous response:

I am sorry to hear that you feel we are not honoring the agreement you had when you purchased the standard version of the software.  The agreement for that version was a lifetime license of the software. Not for the duration of your life. Unfortunately those versions have come to the end of their lives, and thus the agreement has been met. We had to completely recode the software into a new format that would allow us be quicker in repairs and keep up with today's standards.

Apparently AuctionSentry is of the opinion that it can abandon the software it promised a 96-year license for by having a newer version.  When I first was informed by Auction Sentry my software license had expired, I went and looked at my account to verify that my initial 2003 purchase had been for 96 years.  I went into that same screen today and it says that my initial license was only for one year - rewriting history for convenience and financial gain seems to be AuctionSentry's modus operandi.  Too bad I took screen shots.
