Auctiva ripoff refuse to give me my refund after free trial period Internet
On June 17, 2002 I signed up for the Auctiva services. They promised me that if I was not happy I could get a full refund so long as I requested it within 30 days.
After 15 days I decided this company was full of promises that they could not keep. Nothing worked the way it was suppose to and I lost hundreds of dollars on my e-bay auctions.
When I e-mailed them asking for my refund of $119 they were very rude. It took 3 months of repeated e-mails to get them to admit that they did owe me a refund. It has now been 11 more days and no refund is in sight and they no longer are answering my e-mails.
