Audi of Newton NJ They are still scamming people after lost lawsuit newton New Jersey

I purchase a used car from Audi of Newton NJ. Once I drove back to Maryland within three days I had my car inspected. The inspection station sent the passed inspection to the MVA. I then went to the MVA and asked what else I needed to do. They said the inspection was complete and that they sent a notification to the dealer requesting the title packet. Since then the dealership has still not sent the title packet to the MVA and my 30 day tags have expired. I can no longer drive the vehicle or get tags for the car because the dealership has not released the title.

I have contacted the sales manager several times. Each time I am met with excuses. He even mentioned picking up the car from my possession with no mention of a refund. I put down a $8500 deposit on the $23000 car which I can not use.

Last year this dealership lost a lawsuit for this infraction and others (http://www.njherald.com/story/29407757/newton-audi-volkswagen-dealerships-charged-with-consumer-fraud). I even brought this before buying the car. They assured me that was done by previous management and that they no longer do that. Guess what? They are still doing it!
