These guys are the kings of poor/bad customer service. They also employ the lowest possible budget installers. If you have a junker car and don't care what it sounds or looks like these guys may be for you. They installed an alarm and stereo that I've had nothing but problems with. All the red flags were visible when I made my initial purchase and I disregarded them. They struck me as generally dishonest people but the guy was willing to discount the product to the point that I said OK. Well I've had nothing but problems with everything. I've had many general electrical problems tied to their install. The jerks actually cut the power cord to the back door of my SUV cause they thought it COULD be the problem. Then they shoved the wires into the hole so I wouldn't see it. I can never lock my rear doors now. I have made many trips back to them for repair and they accept responsibility for their sh*tty install but won't fix it. Their justification is they were trying to diagnose as they did more damage. They were expected to cut a small hole in my dash in a manufacturer made hole. It could have been done discreetly and out of site from any passenger in the car. It is a new $60,000 car and they made a hole that looked like they banged it out with a hammer and screw driver. You really had to see it, it was really bad. Again, undisputed by their staff but unwilling to resolve.  The sales people are happy to take your money but suck after you need any follow up service. When it comes to foul customer service these guys cannot be topped. I will celebrate the day that they go out of business.

I took my car to (((competitor's name redacted))) and they resolved all of my electrical trouble and resolved my problem as best as they could. Some of the cosmetic damage could only be hidden and they did their best. I am grateful to them and they charged me a fair price.
Audio Express "Home of the $1 Install" YEAH RIGHT!!!!
HOME OF THE $1 NIGHTMARE would be much more appropriate.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. ...you had a bad experience and are sharing it here.

But if you can afford a $60,000 vehicle, why did you allow them to work on it despite all the "red flags"???.. and disregarded it just because they discounted the product? At least you were honest, but you are admitting you got screwed due to you being a cheapskate. If you really cherished your $60,000 vehicle why would you let anyone work on it that you did not trust 100%???

You must have heard of the old saying... "you get what you pay for". But this goes beyond saving money. If you trust a shop it does not matter what they charge, some  places charge the same but will not wreck your vehicle..what matters is your decision making skills, or lack thereof.

I could understand if you stated you were under the impression that these guys were highly skilled installers..but you open this report telling us they are kings of bad service, employ low budget installers and struck you as dishonest people. So perhaps you should lodge a report for your bad judgment if this report is truly accurate?
