Response to Bill, California ..These people are cons taking gullible fools such as myself and Pierre.

I would like to point out that the rebuttal posted by Bill - City of Industry, California, is ignorant and mis-guided.
The speakers were not stolen, in actuality or in the story presented by the scam-artists.
The story by the scam artists repeated more than once was that the speakers were not stolen.
In truth they were not stolen either, they were purchased from the Canadian company that manufactures them for around 60-70 each.
I have heard of other people in San Antonio being taken in similar ways, NOT thinking they are going into an illegal transaction. These people are cons taking gullible fools such as myself and Pierre.

Yes, yes, I just have been had, 2 younger white males in ford expedition (silver) gave me the same spiel and I bought the audiofile 6.1 home THX system..said they were delivering to Bjorns. Anyhow, I should've known better...I just think it's sad that they've got no heart, my fiance and I were there telling them that we really had no budget due to us getting married in Feb, and are in the closing process of buying a house....these cats just didn't care I guess...I can only hope that the system works and sounds as good as it looks.....that's really all I'm asking for..and yes they opened the box..showed me the warranty book..yadayada...I honestly hope these guys will call me, (I gave them my card) be men..and hollar at me about what ya'll did...yes I do know that I have my share in this, but c'mon....have you no heart at all??? Hollar at me "Chris" if that's even your real name...I GUESS THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU TRY TO HAVE SOME KIND OF TRUST IN PEOPLE.

You Get What You Pay For!!!!

As I see it, there really is nothing to complain about. The goods were offered to you at a discount. The discount was based on the stated fact that they were stolen! You were willing going into an illegal transaction, thereby compromising your own rights as a consumer.
The fault rest solely on the buyers shoulders, not the seller!
The fact that you were lied to is meaningless. I know that your intention is to prevent others from being burnt. But, if they are willing to knowingly break the law, then they need to bear the consequences of their actions.
I truly hope that the editor does not squash this post.
