I stumbled onto this rip-off report by accident. I was trying to Google my own account, saw this website,followed it and noted a single report against the company. I read it with interest.

Since I am a recent trial user--and so have that in common with the person who complained--I wanted to share my experience as well.

First of all, the Audio-card is a GREAT marketing tool, but it comes with a steep learning curve to assemble the graphics to present a cohesive attractive message.  I learned about it because there is a motivational speaker who uses it in his promotional materials and admired it----it's really a unique tool. 

I was NEVER CHARGED the subscription rate, and because of the learning curve, the company has graciously EXTENDED my trial period numerous times to allow time to figure out how to get the card to work in the best way for me. 

They have been supportive, patient , friendly and professional. They have yet to bill my card. They respond quickly and efficiently. I have found them to be a company with integrity--unilke the person who complained loudly about the company being a "scam."

it is an outright lie.    

Rip-Off reports are necessary to protect consumers--but someone who overreacts--who DID receive their refund and prompt responses from the company, still recklessly attempts to malign a company-that is, from my experience and even from reading the correspodence--an above-board company, people like the complainer---give legitmate reports a bad name.

I think the complainer had an agenda--even down to tellng people they could create their own--that's pretty awful and unfair to the company and to those of us consumers--who value honesty. 

Sir, you owe us an apology. Things happen. We made it right.

I understand you didn't get helped as quickly as you should have, but my team did help you in the end, and yet are accusing us of being a 'scam company' and that's just not right.

My suspicion is CONFUSION occurred here, as our billing system has not changed in 8 years and we have no other complaints.

They deducted the full 1 month $29.95 fee as a test to validate card. Absolute  nonsense. Not  '$1.00

It took 2 full weeks to get the debit paid back. They are a scam firm

I just wanted to clarify the situation regarding audiogenerator.com In order to access the 'free trial' one has to submit credit card details. It is clearly stated that no charges will be made until after the trial period is ended Audiogenerator.com debit a complete months membership as soon as card details are entered.

I know of no other company who debit such a sum for card 'verification' purposes I decided within 5 minutes that their service was over charged and very limited. I therefore wanted nothing more to do with them.

Still two full weeks and the intervention from my bank. They still have not refunded money that should never have been taken in the first place.

As far as their service goes. Anyone can set up their own system that would cost less than a third of what audiogenerator.com are charging and give far better results. With the added bonus that the content remains your own. If audiogenerator.com stopped trading tommorrow. Everything uploaded to their servers thus far would be lost. stay well away and make your own audio cards
