This company contacted my 89 year old grandmother and promised or guaranteed to get back all of her money that she lost on timeshare selling fees. The funds were promised to be returned on a pro-bono basis. The fees were only to be charged after they were returned to the credit cards. What really took place was that her MC and VISA cards were posted with temporary credits. Once the credits hit the account they charged her 50% of the moneys returned. These temporary charges were than re-charged to both cards. So now my Grandma is out $5,000 dollars on top of the $10,000 dollar original loss. What a rip-off!!!!!
It turns out that the company is owned by a former timeshare scammer named J Rothberg who by the way was recently arrested in Palm Beach County. See link below.
