The "eBook" -- "Finding the Light" by Audrey Woulard who claims to be a Professional Photographer is nothing more than a bunch of images- with very little actual information. There are 31 pages that have one sentence or one image on the entire page!! My polite email inquiries as to her policies on customer satisfaction, were met with rude sarcasm. The whole matter is in the Better Business Bureau Complaint system now. She has the audacity to claim that my request for a refund equals Fraud- lol! She also changed her website to include new warnings- I guess she didn't think I would screen capture! She actually threatens to make me pay for a lawyer if the matter isn't closed immediately! She also claims arrogantly to have sold over 1200 copies of her "eBook" - wow- bragging about ripping off that many people is a pretty hefty negative deposit in the Karma-bank! There are 2 listings for her business on the BBB, one carries an alert that the business seems to be closed- because apparently she changed numbers and wouldn't reply to another complaint... I will update with BBB outcome when it is made known to me.
