Augmentity Marketing LLC the letter and check are everywhere! Woodstock, Georgia

I don't have all the paperwork to report this, but it's just exactly like this guy describes on Report: #464228.
My mom called me to check this out for her...
1. I google the name on letterhead: Augmentity Marketing, LLC, and I ended up on this website. It's listed as fraud. Hmmm.
2. She told me that the company name on the check was Patton Consctruction from Texas. Two different names? go figured, second strike.
3. The phone number listed to call was 1888-832-1147, I googled this number and it's linked to several complaints, all scam related, to mention some:
1. Saposh Lingerie, LLC, something about winning some sweepstakes and check to cash, etc.
2. A Telemarketing center: 24 hr loan ctr, 24 hour loan center, 24 hour lending services, and website address is www.24hrloanctr.com (on this blog I read somebody that answered to "help" the person questioning the scam, and wrote that "it was a great company to go ahead and apply to the loan"... so the scammers are aware that we do our research and are ready to said they are authentic, it's scary)
3. Astral Marketing, LLC with an enclosed check for 2,910.00. It's the same scam with a different dollar amount. The address on the letter is actually a Volvo dealership in Kansas City, MO. The company on the check is listed as tyco/fire&Security/SimplexGrinnell. The bank on the check is The Bank of New York Mellon, Pittsburgh, PA 15259 and is digitally signed Michele Kirse.
4.Experian Consumer Research Group / Mystery Shoppers Usa. Address 756 York St.Toronto, Nationwide, U.S.A.

And all other bunch of different stories. It's amazing how scammers have ALL the time to develop these letters, and mailed them out and list a phone number and they answered, etc... And NONE have the time to traced them and put them in jail... I see the blogs on line that are dated since 2007!!!

It's sad that they tried to hit the elderly or people believe this and get hit.
My mom decided to throw what she received away but I feel that something have to be told... At least the next one that get hit have some point of reference of this incredible scam artitst... they get the Oscar!
