 Don't ever rent or deal with  Augusta Realty Inc.My Landlord named Susan who should be send to prison for defrauding innocents tenants has decided to charge exorbitant fees for cleaning and repairs (nearly $1000).After my lease ended and I cleaned her s***** apartment there was no single damage in the unit so,Not only did she list ridiculous charges on my invoice, such as $175/hr for cleaning (after I already cleaned the house), and $120 for no-frills cabinet door plus labor costs... She was also over 5 weeks late in returning my security deposit and she gave me 40 dollar when my security deposit was 600 dollar.Not only did she stole my money she took me to small court to further defraud me and she didn't succeed it.
