Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres is a Licensed Real Estate Broker for Elite Team Realty LLC and he seems to be renting out privately owned places which aren't even on the market at all. I checked with one location and turns out it's not for sale or rent, there's a couple places for rent apparently.
Every listing Augusto Torres has posted has only his name and no name of the real estate company but the apparent fact that he is a licensed real estate broker. Legitimate listings display at least their first and last names AND name of the real estate company AND OR real estate license number.
Only good news is that Augusto Torres appears to have a legitimately established real estate license and or real estate agency which I assume is where he is hiding the company details.

This agent is not to be trusted unless Augusto Torres changes his ways, I recommend double checking the address and checking with whoever is there if it's for rent or sale or not.

I am concerned Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC is going to deny these straightforward allegations as he is determined to get sales below his identify or the name of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC and i clearlyaccept as true with Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC will strive and make excuses about this.
He may additionally say that is a disgruntled customer or any other excuse but my sincere accusations towards Augusto Torres or Augusto O Torres of ELITE TEAM REALTY LLC is only posted due to a real incident he used to beworried in.
