aum inc received a bill 3 months after i moved in saying i owed for not turning electric on which did right away oak brook Illinois

I recieved a bill from aum inc saying i havent turned the electric on in my name. They want me to pay for electric that I never used. I signed a lease on May 19.2014. Dropped everything in apartment and left back to New jersey. Turned on the electric in my name on th e 20th. It took ten hours to get back to New Jersey. I came back Friday the 23 after I straightened out things in Jersey. They want me to pay for use from May 13 to 22. I didnt even have the apartment then. Why should I pay when I didnt even use it? They still want $50 for not turning it on. If this is the way the apartment building does business to make more money I dont need it. I dont intend to pay this outrageous bill. If they say I terminated my lease fine I'll move then sue them for fraud which this is.
