auralux beauty products Deceptive Practice , refused to give name, address of company , refused to talk to me about complaint. Carsbad California

I order  trial offer snake venon cream on March 2nd 2015, it arrive 20th March. After using pimples appear and on the right side of my face start to itch, then a sore appear. I called the company saying I want to return product  because of side effects. They state I could not return product but  would  take of $30.00 then another $10.00, two days later my credit card bill arrived . On my bill I was charge 2nd March $2.99, on the 17th March $87.53,and on April $87.53, I called the company , asking for their address and someone name to file a complaint. They refused to give me this information, I then ask to speak to someone in charge,was told no one available, but someone by the name of Pamela Johnson would get in touch with me to hear my complaint, well I am still waiting no one from the company has called me back. To my knowledge these people claim to stand behind their product, if it does'nt  work will refund money. So what are these people hiding, they can't even give the right information.
