Auralux skincare: Vibrant Skin Skincare-Skin Serum, 7668 El Camino Real,#104-620, Carlsbad, CA 92009 I returned unopened products(2) and they still charged my card almost $200.00 dollars! Carlsbad California

I ordered two beauty products over the Internet/phone in response to their ad saying you would only pay shipping and handling of $3.95 per item for a trial product.  Like a dummy, I used my debit card to order a skin serum and a snake venom creme.   I re'c both products but never opened them.   The next thing I know they are charging me almost $200.00 on my Wells Fargo debit card.  I called the company on 5-16-15 to ask to return both products but the rep refused to give me an address.  I then went online and found the address.  I had already gone to my bank, WF here in Corpus Christi, TX , Airline and SPID branch and spoken to the bank rep who let me talk to someone in their Customer Service Dept. who told me to return both products and to be sure to get tracking numbers in order \for me to get credit.  These are the tracking numbers via US Post office (Tracking # 1, 95001110403651364400) ; Tracking # 2, 95001110403651364386). 

I then contacted the companyAuralux and the rep said yes they did receive products but still could not give me credit because I was outside the 15 trial period.   I have tried at least 10 times to resolve this problem with them, always getting different answers and reps.  WF won't help me because they were also told that I was outside the 15 trial period.  But they are advertising falsely saying you only pay s&h.  

I work hard for my money and see this company as a big rip-off.  I don't believe in paying $100.00 for a creme and almost $100.00 for a snake serum creme.  I would like my money refunded and they already have both products which I returned May 16, 2015.   I will never make the mistake of dealing with these companies again!!!
