AuraVia Free Sample Scam Van Nuys California

 I saw a free samples offer from AuraVie for just the cost of shipping. I looked and did not see anything stating it was a 10 day trial and that I would be billed for the product. Two weeks after the samples arrived I was billed for $97.88. This unexpected withdrawal put my account in the negative. I called AuraVie and explained that I did not expect the withdrawal. After going back and forth a bit I was told they would credit my account but it would take 6 to 8 weeks for the credit to go thru and I had to pay to ship the product back. When I told her that I was in the negative in my bank account she offered to give me 35% of my money back immediately. I counter offered at 50% but she said the best she could do was 45% and I could keep the product. It took 2 days for the credit go thru. Very much a scam. The rep on the phone was well versed in how to handle the call and what to say. When I asked her if this happened much she said "well from time to time" but she exactly how to counter every question asked.
