AuraVie - VanNuys, CA / Trial Skin Care Solution ,Internet, Trial products entered under FREE TRIAL just pay S&H of $2. WRONG! it signs you up to receive 3 products in mail. They charge your bank $97 plus the $2. Called to demand $$ back, took 4 ph calls, arguing at college-level intelligence, and told them I would consult my attorney. After 4 attempts and long calls, demands for supervisors and RMA's to return items ,which I had to pay $12 to send back certified mail - took another 4 wks to get money back in full ,via 2 separate deposits of $48. I feel I only got $$ back because they were scared I'd seek legal counsel. DO NOT do business with these folks! Van Nuys, California -- Internet

 (See Title of this complaint)  Do Not do business with this company.  You will be charged $97.88 besides the $2.99 trial offer fee for what is supposed to be FREE trial.  They give you the runaround when you try to get your money back and you may not be so lucky to get it back at all.   Either way you'll end up spending alot of your own time trying to get a refund, running errands to post office, and having to PAY to return their product.  They will give you authorization to return it, but you have to pay the $12 to send back with an RMA.  So I'm out the $12 now plus alot of stress and headache.  Bad company to do business with. 

Their intent is to  sign you up onto a program of repeat orders (like that of PROACTIV skin care) but they don't tell you that. They trick you into a fee of what will be $97.88 every month for monthly packages sent to your home.  Took alot to get that cancelled.  At least PROACTIV is up front about their programs and their offers.  PROACTIV is a good skin care.  If AuraVie is too, they should stop misleading people.  I never did try their products because I didn't want to open the bottles and have it NON-REFUNDABLE.  That's unfortunate for them too, not allowing a free trial to be a free trial.
