After posting this report the company made well on their promise. I would now recommend using them.

Our customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact this suspicious users have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

ok so you are saying they are a great company,  yet you did not even use their SEO services? I got their SEO analysis very quickly too, and when they were trying to get me to sign up they were very quick in response, but what else do you expect from a scam company like this? they wanted my money and they got it, and guess what, i had to do my own s****.>
