My mortgage was originally with Homecomings which was sold to Aurora Loan Services shortly after I signed the loan documents in 2007. In September 2008, I was laid off my job but continued to make minimum monthly payments until all my funds ran out. I called Aurora to explain by situation and they sent me the necassary paperwork to fill out along with the request for my bank statements, tax information and job history, etc.; only to be denied, several times!!! The reason they said I was denied was because I have no steady income (they knew that before I sent them my personal information). I've been drawing unemployment since I was laid off, and that to me is steady income. It seems to me that Aurora Loan company is not trying to help their customers; their only concern in getting our money! They are not apart of any kind of Stimulus or Bail Out programs to help their customers that are in need.
I'm in an ARM loan of 6.87% which has an option 4 pay plan and will be adjusting in June 2010 so I really need to get out of this loan A.S.A.P.!
Is there anyone out there that can help me?!
