I had been fighting with Aurora Loan Services, LLC sense the beginning of 2007 over thier putting force place insurance on one of my rental properties loans. I have had insurance with the same company for all my properties since the day I acquired them. After repeated attempts to contact them from my self and my insurance agent I decided to withhold payment on both of the loans for that property for the July 2007 payment. At which time the issue was quickly resolved and I received a written letter of acknowledgement that I did have the property insured. So I submitted a check for the August payments that also included the 2 late payments including late fees for July. The check was for $2,011.28. Aurora Loan Services then deposited the same check into thier account THREE times. The first posting date was on August 16, the second was on August 21 and the third and last was August 28.

I immediately filed a claim with my bank. After a couple of week I contacted that bank and they knew nothing of my claim and had apparently lost the information. After re-submitting the claim again I did not get anywhere with the bank or with Aurora, so after about two months I contacted a lawyer who wrote some letters. Finally I received a check for $4,022.56 from Aurora in late December of 2007.

However they started claiming that I was now delinquent on one of the four loans I have them. This started right after they deposited the same check three times. The sad part is that I have been paying all the mortgages with a single business check for years, yet only one of the accounts was supposedly delinquent.

I have been through several rounds of letters with Aurora they have sent two different accounting registers for the account and have been making an assorted number of different claims in each mailing. Each round I stand by my arguments with documented proof of my payments. To add insult on to injury I'm receiving anywhere from 1 to 3 letters of foreclosure as well as 1 to 2 calls a week with them looking for the supposedly delinquent funds. Lately I have been ignoring the calls and I'am getting 2 to 5 a day with at least one voice mail message.

I will try one more round with this company but am afraid that there is nothing that I can do to stop this #@$%. Any one have any ideas or have had similar experiences with Aurora Loan Services, LLC??
