This company presented itself as one that not only sold  precious metals but also monitored your account and advised when to buy and sell. The first person I spoke to was Brian Foley. He told me the value of the coins was intrinsic and said it could only go up.  He finally talk me into investing 90% of my IRA money. He told me all gains were non-reportable and non-taxable. It took forever for the gold to be shipped to Sterling Trust, the depository. When it finally got there the value was way below the money paid for it.  Brian said I had to call Aurum Advisors. They could give me a value immediately and if I wanted to sell they could lock in the price at the highest then and there.

Suddenly Brian was no longer with the company and someone named Patrick said that was all a lie. It took time to get a value. He never called back when he was suppose to but there were time when he would call (days later than promised) with the value of my account.  Then he was unavailable permenantly.,

After many attemps to reach Patrick I finally got a call from Marc Gregory. He told me he was a partner in the business and he was calling because I had had so much trouble with Patrick and Brian. AT that time he told me my account value was up almost $10,000, but advised me to sell and to put everything in silver. I listened to him.  Well not only did he not send me back $101 that was excess in the trade but now he won't return my call. In an e-mail he said this was a self-directedti IRA. How can you self-direct when you can not find out what the value of the account is.

I feel that this is a scam and I was deliberately given false information. I do feel that there are legal issues involved in this and would like to bring legal action against this company and its members or employees.
