AurySkinCare fraudulent charges to credit card houston texas

Looked up shark tanks biggest skin care deal and found a website. i ordered the product and immediately got a text from my cc company asking me if this was a legit charge. i should have realized it was a fraud but Capital One had just taken over Cabelas Visa Card and i thought maybe they were just being extra cautious. wrong. this company was a scam.

Interestingly, Capital One did not pay the original charge even after i said it was ok. i spent a long time waiting for the product not realizing Capital One had not paid. They never told me. Then i got alerts for other charges that i had not made from the same company and of course this time i said they were fraud. I called Capital One and thats when i found out the original charge had never been paid.

I never asked why they had not informed me of that and i should have. anyway, i thought all was taken care of and i was getting a new card sent to me. well, i get online a week later and find another charge from this company of almost 80 dollars that was paid by Capital One!  i could not believe it!  so i called them and this time they said i must have subscribed to this product so that was their excuse for paying it.

They would try to contact the company and get the money back. so what happens in the meantime while Capital One gets the runaround and of course never recovers the money? am i going to get further charges from this scam outfit that Capital One knows is a scam and yet they pay them anyway? i said just forget it. cancel the card and i will cut my losses. Capital One is a rip off too in my book.

I paid the fraud charge and all other charges on the card just to cut my losses and get away from Capital One. Unbelievable to me they paid that charge after they had been reported as fraud, cancelled my card and gave me a new one with a new number and i had not even received my new card yet. stay away from any website connected to the shark tank skin product and maybe stay away from Capital One too.

They are truly imcompetent and you would be wise not to trust them with anything financially.
