I submitted an offer on a Bass guitar to which there were 4 offers and counter offers. My final offer was accepted. I received notification from Ebay that they accepted, which prompted payment.

Before I decided to input my info I wanted to see actual photos of the guitar because they were using stock photos to advertise it. Typically, if you are paying a G for a product you'd at least like to see it.

They responded and said eventho I won the auction, the auction ended and it was sold to someone else. Ironically, they relisted the same exact guitar for the original price with the same serial number and identical advertisement. I contacted Ebay and showed the history and new ad. They advised me they were generating a report to temporarily suspend their account or cancel it all together for going against their policy because it's so blatantly obvious. BUYER BEWARE!!
