Austin Bizmart Non payment of freight charges San Marcos Texas

Austin Bizmart has been utilizing a reputable, well-known freight company for the past three months, in lieu of it's former freight provider. Mr. Robert Iverson has, in fact, paid for each of his shipments up front, prior to the truck even picking up his freight.

Furthermore, Mr. Iverson has incurred additional billing post shipment, as is customary in freight, for weight discrepancies or freight class adjustments, which he has promptly paid.

It seems to me that a potential lack of communication and/or service failure due to improper account management from Mr. Iverson's former freight provider may play a major factor in this grievance.

Austin Bizmart is a reputable, quickly expanding company that sells quality equipment to buyers. These negative accusations aimed at Austin Bizmart and Robert Iverson are clearly erroneous.
