Austin Blake Investment fraud -- Lies, lies, lies Cape Coral Florida

Mr. Blake ran an intergrated web of appraisers, loan officers, real estate professionals and land sellers. He misled myself and many of my friends into believing we were getting fantastic deals on properties in SW Fl. He told us we were getting top notch lots, rock bottom home prices, so if the market went down we would still be fine.

Reflection mortgage knew what he was doing, Market Street mortgage knew, appraisers knew, builders knew, they all knew the scam.

That did not happen. Many of us received lots that were in horrable locations, probably worth half the price we paid. He sold me a lot that was zoned commercial and never tried to help me correct the problem. Infact I went to SWFL and met him face to face and he never told me the lot was a commercial, it was only after I returned home did the builder told me of the problem. Mr Blake told me it was my problem.


He told me one time that if I bought a cheap lot he would pass it on to his investors at double the price, no problem, oh and he would need a cut!!!

Mr Blake only stated time after time things were fine, youu wiill all be ok!!!


Now I have a home in foreclosure, a lot that I can not build on etc...
