Austin Pond Doctors also known as go pro ponds owner main pond cleaner killed a valuable $200- $300 koi from not letting the water conditioners take effect long enough after a pond cleaning and refill on August, 13 2017. Another valuable koi snapped After the first death of only 30min in the new water but was very luck to recover and the other 7 koi didn't start swimming at normal speeds or eat anything for a couple days because their gills were burned so badly by the chlorine. So almost killed 8 more $200 to $600 koi and or certainly Stressed them to the edge of their life. He was upset he lost a fish and knew it would probably be at least two dead and he offered to bring me a replacement koi fish and I accepted. I also paid him to put some liner down on the top deck tray of the water fall feature where there is a small leak, two weeks before the pond cleaning I rigged my own liner to bypass the leak and it worked but it was temporary and ugly so I thought he would simply do what I did properly but he just put a very small piece of liner down on top of my temporary liner in a way that fed the leak immediately instead of easily rip my temporary liner out to put down a larger proper bypass liner. So he made the leak worse and harder to do properly, killed one valuable koi and almost killed 8 more, and to top it off he dumped all the smelly slop from the pond cleaning on top of my large brick bright white limestone garden boarder wall a few feet from the pond, still very much in my back yard, without asking me where a good place might be to dump the disgusting incredibly smelly bug attracting sludge. I talked with him again the following weeks and let him know only one fish died and tried to get an idea of when he would bring the replacement fish. I talked with him recently on Tuesday April 24th 2018 and reminded him again about the replacement koi fish he offered and I asked him again for some liner so I could finish his job and he said he would follow through on both. A couple days later on Thursday I called and text to see if he had a chance to work my area in his schedule anytime soon and he replied "not yet". Another two weeks go by so 5-10-2018 now my calls are straight to voice mail no answer and no reply to my text. Another X# weeks and still no effort to complete the job or drop off a replacement koi after 9 months.
