I have ordered from Austin Naturals for many years, but apparently the business ownership has changed recently. I placed an order on April 2, and my credit card was charged immediately. However, I have not received the merchandise and there has been no response to my emails and calls to Customer Service.

Since this company is a part of the Yahoo Stores network and I have ordered with no problems for so many years, I never imagined that I needed to worry about whether my credit card information was safe. I have contacted Yahoo Stores, but based upon other reports I have seen online, I am not confident that they will do anything about this. I believe, though, that they ought to at least stop processing charges and orders through their system!
