Austins Affordable Autos Biggest Rip off I have Ever Dealt With Vancouver Washington

I went to Austins to look at a vehicle after mine was damaged in an accident and found a great Kia Sportage. They did all the paperwork and sent me on my way. Two days later, they called and told me to bring it back because they couldn't finance me for that amount. This was after I filled the tank and spent almost $60.00 on fuel. I took it back and the salesman Robert showed me a nice looking Ford Explorer. I took it for a test drive and the brake pedal would not come back up unless you pulled it up with your toes. The did repair that. The drivers side back door would not open and the shocks and brakes were pretty bad and I was also told that they would fix the door so it would open but couldn't do the other. It wasn't in the budget for the vehicle. I said ok, just fix the door.

Well it has been just a year later and I have spent over $5,000 on this vehicle in repairs and the door still doesn't open. It is a nice vehicle but I found out later that it had been in an accident and bent the frame so that is the reason the door is jammed. This is information that needs to be told to a potential buyer. But it seems that as soon as a woman walks into a dealership, she will get screwed. I even had the door issue put in writing and they still would not honor it. Well, suffice it to say, since I have had to put so much money into this vehicle, I have fallen behind on my payments and now they are threatening to repo it. You know if I hadn't made it a good driveable vehicle with all the money I spent, I would personally drive it into their lot and tell them what I think.

They also charge a $20.00 per DAY late fee. I doubt that is legal at all. As it stands right now, the late fees they say I have accrued would pay for a new vehicle. Take it from me, they will screw you over and over and over. Don't ever walk onto their lot.
