 I attempted to purchase 3 pairs of Ugg boots from this site. When I put all info in along with credit card info it stated "failed attempt" stated is not web site and is usually credit card. Attempted again with same result. Then attempted another credit card with same result. When I tried to contact, there was no phone numbers, could only email. Site responded back and stated it is my credit card b/c "people purchase all day long with no issues" gave me a code for an additional 5% off and told to try again in few days.

Next morning I had been contacted by one of my credit cards fraud dept asking if I had made an electronic purchase last night in China. They cancelled my card and is sending me a new one. I emailed the sight back and told them I reported them to fraud. I got email back stating basically don't be mad just because you can't afford the purchase. I knew then they were fraud for sure b/c what customer service dept would say that. Then I started researching them and found out they are fraud. Lesson learned. Research PRIOR to giving credit card info.
