Australian Aura Geoff Sharp boots never returned wesburn Internet

In October I  decided with my friends to order boots UGG and not 'the first time last year I did it with the same company in Australia orders 5 pairs of boots after a few days and get the confirmation email I hereby authorize payment by credit card approximately 20 days after the parcel arrived the boxes are sorted because 'they go to different people in different countries, I realize that 3 pairs but are just as my sister opened the package he realized that inside there are two rigth, just write to the company where I was asked to return them that they would fix the bug, saving that then I would have made on my card I credit the postage incurred for shipping, unfortunately after 15 days the second girl who had received notices that his boots in this box there are two left boot I must point out that she was on vacation and then the package and 'was opened after his return from vacation I still write to company explaining what had happened told to return even those would be waiting for the second package and would change his boots and made a single shipment, the last emmail I receive in December where it says that the package have arrived and that the next day was goig to mail to sent the package signed Geoff.

Since then I have not 'heard anything of  the  Lord and ' unobtainable not respond to emails the site and 'closed and it' was reopened under a different name where he still does not respond to any email. This Lord instead of responding to the letters of  people who buy from him saying how heand 'good at satisfyng costumers and trying to always do the best thing would be not appropriate to expedite the boots that I still  restor the money he hearned for free I expect that 4 months to tell me where are my boots bearing mind that I sent an email local police said the incident I have also the number of home phone but afther having called him once and now is responding to his wife and she said the number is 'wrong are perhaps not the only one to look for asking for explanations.
