Cavanagh They are a nuisance, and can really cause a person financial harm, but this is not the first time someone has tried this, that's why I am reporting them as well. Something really should be done about London/England, United Kingdom

To whom it may concern,

     I just wanted to expose thiese people so that they can be hindered from messing up other people's life.  I think it's really a shame for them to be able to do things like this to innocent people.

  But thank God I didn't fall for their tactics, I think that if more people report this kind of thing, it would probably be easier to keep them from doing this.

And I hope that this is taken seriously, and someone is going to try to see to it that they are prosecuted.  Thank you for your kind sincerity in this matter.
