Authorized Camera Service Incompetent Camera Repair Service Woodland Hills California

I brought my camera to have it fixed on Jan 28, 2016. Two months went by and Peter kept telling me they havent got the part in.  In April, camera still wasn't fixed and again waiting part.   This is an independent authorized service center for major brand cameras.  I called Nikon to complain about their service.  They then called ACS. Peter called me and told he would mail the camera to Nikon Repair facility cause they can't fix my camera. He was lying all this time.  He said he would pay for the repair. I called three or four weeks later and asked what is status.  He said according to email, the camera is in and I can pick it up on Wednesday. I arrived wednesday to find out he never shipped the camera to the Nikon Repair Facility.  Avoid this place like the plague
