Auto Assure LLC DECEITFUL and BORDERLINE ILLEGAL Plano Texas

This company is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!! They will all but refuse to even tell you HOW to cancel the policy. It took me months to even get HOW to cancel. I can't believe how crazy this is. Ive never had a claim, but I cant imagine how horrible they must be to get paid on a claim. This is why I WILL NEVER EVER have a policy from them again. I will cancel, and I WILL get my money back.

They use scare tactics, awful customer service, and LIES to get people to sign up for services and to NEVER refund money. They have seriously lied to me on multiple occassions. Every time I call, I get sarcasm and awful service. And I don't call furious, I treat everyone I encounter respectfully until they make me mad. They will even LIE to the BBB.

I have been requesting a REFUND on a PAID IN FULL ($3k+) policy FOR MONTHS. I have even reported them to the BBB, and they LIE to the BBB saying they have tried to call when they never have. I have called corporate- no response EVER.

I have called 10-20 times to get a refund estimate, and they NEVER want to give it to me. I've been called STUPID multiple times for even considering canceling. HAH, sorry I CAN afford to PAY for repairs should my BMW break down. They HAVE horrible customer service. It has taken me OVER ten times to update my info, and even now I am unsure as to whether they have really updated. I seriously have NEVER experienced WORSE customer service or had such an issue trying to cancel something. There has got to be something illegal about their practices. If I do not get what I am legally entitled to, I will make a visit to their corporate office even if it means driving across the country.  I just have NEVER encountered a more unscrupulous business than this one.

Not one person Ive spoke with has been professional, only concerned with why I am canceling (borderline illegal tactics called 'retention'). I have had to get gruff with them to even UNDERSTAND and get HOW to cancel.

I am not usually someone to get upset and typically review stuff positively if I can, but this company SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR THEIR tacts. Heck, they are probably associate with Governor Rick Perry's alleged bribery induced style.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PRACTICES, AND ALL AROUND BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!! Prob would never pay on a claim anyway!!!
