i Lost my money to these INEPT clowns. 2 worthless ECMS, lied
about the warranty, lied about the money back guarantee.

Because these units are filled with a silicone substance to make them waterproof and shock resistant, the
knuckle heads down there just use a hole saw and make overlapping cuts to get at certain electrical board circuits. They could use a REAL tools like a CNC but not these guys. So they core in through the back, the heat sink side do their whatever work and then slop in some silicone garbage in it and throw the hole plugs back in, not even bothering to line up the fins or see if the the silicone sticks, which mine simply fell off when I took it out the box.

The input plastic connection for the harness had 3 broken tabs so the wiring harness just kept falling out.

They bead blast after the work, so when I looked inside the hole in the back it was full of
black media dust. WOW!

Then I called and was told to F myself by a Gus and a manager named Andy who could barely speak English and he is by far the RUDEST person I have ever talked to. He didn't care about the shoddy ECM falling apart, just wanted me to PLUG IT IN! I SAY WHAT?

After a screaming match for 15 minutes he says he will send out another. The second one was DOA as well and looks like it had been dragged down the road and worked on by a 3 year old.

I was within the supposed 14 day refund time so said give me my money back. He said no!I burned them out and they only give store credit. I am out $245.00. I canceled my debit card so they could not
get a core charge on the second unit so I can use it as evidence if needed.

When I go down there in February for the month they are going to get sued.  They should be shut down.

I learned my lesson. Always look up the company on Google with complaints in the sentence, what a mistake. There are hundreds and hundreds of complaints. They think they will survive this because people won't pay $1000 or more for new one, so they probably have that baked in to the plan along with most people just giving up and walking away....They picked on the wrong Marine!
