Autoconnection markets automobile extended warranties. I purchased a $1300 7 yr 100,000 mile warranty from them in Jan or Feb 2002. The salesperson called me repeatedly trying to sell the deal. I paid for the warranty with VISA.

I made numerous attempts to contact the company by phone and email for a claim, but no response from them whatsoever. They still have a website and phone answering machine.

Total ripoff.
